LIVING IN CHRISTLearning is different at Zion. Here, we provide an atmosphere that is ideal for academic excellence. By providing small class sizes as well as the opportunity for one-on-one learning, Zion is able to ensure that every student meets and exceeds their academic goals. But that's not all.
At Zion, our staff goes above and beyond, to provide an inclusive, safe, and nurturing environment where students excel because they know that they have a support system that extends further than just home. To newcomers and outsiders, the feeling of comradery is something they have never experienced before in a school setting, but soon come to realize that this is why students thrive here! But it does not end there. Zion is not just concerned with the GPA of each student but also in the citizen they will become. Proverbs 22:6 provides us with a goal for educating our children, and with this in mind, we have adopted a comprehensive system known as "Living In Christ". This system is designed to help students develop social competencies in an exceptional educational setting. "Living In Christ" uses expectations and a curriculum based on scriptural directives to ensure that students have the behavior goals and the competencies needed to live a Christian life. "Living In Christ" encourages the socialization of young people through by setting expectations for all students and consequences for unacceptable behavior. Our support system encourages learners to reach these expectations and demonstrate the competencies. EXPECTATIONS
