Christmas Treat Bag Order Form

    The Zion Lutheran School Board is offering Christmas Treat Bags for pick-up after the Christmas Eve Service on December 24th.  Please follow the guidelines below when ordering treat bags.  
    • If you would like to order for a child who is a student at Zion Lutheran School:  each student (PK - 8th Grade) enrolled at Zion Lutheran School will receive a complimentary treat bag, which will be available following the Christmas Eve Program.  You DO NOT have to order bags for Zion students.
    • If you would like to order for a child who is a member of Zion Lutheran Church, but not a Zion student: each grade school-age member of Zion Lutheran Church (but not a student at Zion) may also receive a complimentary treat bag, but THEY MUST BE ORDERED.
    • If you would like to order for a child who attend high school (or above), are not yet in preschool, or are not members of Zion Lutheran Church, you may order treat bags at $6.00 per bag.  Payments are due on December 13th and should be dropped of in the office by that time in order to be included in the final tally.  Any orders received after the 13th, or not paid for by that time will be disregarded.
    Please remember, payments for bag orders must be received by December 15th for your order to be included.
